How This Work Became Personal

Like many women, I spent years trying to do everything “right” when it came to my health.

I focused on eating well, staying active, and taking care of myself.

But despite those efforts, I experienced digestive issues that never seemed to fully resolve. Bloating, food reactions, and feeling “off” after meals became frustratingly common.

Like many people, I was told these symptoms were just part of IBS or something I would have to manage.

But I knew there had to be more to the story.

When I discovered functional nutrition and began learning more about the gut microbiome and digestive health, everything started to make sense.

I realized that many digestive symptoms are connected to deeper imbalances in the gut, things that often go undetected without looking a little deeper.

When I began supporting my digestion and addressing those root issues, things began to shift.

That experience is what ultimately led me to create this practice helping women uncover what’s really driving their gut symptoms so they can finally feel better in their bodies.

My Training & Why This Approach Is Different

I’m a Functional Nutrition Practitioner who specializes in digestive health and root-cause gut healing.

My work focuses on understanding and addressing issues such as:

This testing allows us to stop guessing and start understanding what’s actually happening inside the gut.
