I'm Rachel Silansky

Hey, I’m Rachel Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and Certified Gut Health Practitioner.

I help women uncover the root causes behind chronic digestive symptoms like bloating, IBS, constipation, and food sensitivities so they can finally feel comfortable in their bodies again.

Many of the women I work with have spent years being told their symptoms are “normal” or simply part of IBS. They’ve tried restrictive diets, probiotics, or cutting out more and more foods, yet the bloating, discomfort, and unpredictable digestion never fully go away.

That’s where a root-cause approach becomes so powerful.

Instead of guessing, I use functional nutrition and advanced testing like the GI-MAP stool test to understand what’s actually happening inside the gut. This allows us to identify imbalances in the microbiome, digestive function, inflammation, or infections that may be contributing to symptoms.
